• Guest rooms are sanitized after guest departure (with electrostatic sprayer); room is left for 24 hours before cleaning; room is then cleaned, re-sanitized and sealed; room is left vacant for additional 24 hours before being assigned to the next guest
• Stay-over housekeeping service upon request or every second day; guest must be absent from room
• Housekeeping staff will wear PPE (gloves and masks) when cleaning stayover rooms
• Cleaning cloths and PPE changed after cleaning each room
• Linen to be changed is bagged and sealed before being removed from guest room
• Clean linen bagged in laundry department before being transported to guest floors
• UV light wand used to sanitize cloth surfaces as part of room cleaning (e.g. chairs, curtains)
